How get a cobald-blue color for window titlebar?

I love your themes very much, and currently I use Cinnamox-Kashmir-Blue. The foreground window bar color is black. I would like - for better distinction - cobald blue instead of black. how can I achieve this? I tried Cinnamox-Colors that gives me mint-like color for it. But I really want to modify it to a real not too light blue.
