remove Apache::Qpsmtpd

  • remove Apache::Qpsmtpd run model
  • remove get_async_resolver (unused)

As far as is known, the Apache::Qpsmtpd module is an unused run model. Shed it.

I intend to leave this PR open for a handful of months, sufficient time for my assertion to be disproven.
