Upgrade trunk to use Ecto >=2.1

We are developing a new project using both great developments ex_admin & coherence. But for some queries it would be very nice to have dynamic queries Ecto 2.1 new feature Phoenix 1.2.1 works fine with theses dependencies {:phoenix_ecto, "~> 3.2.1"}, {:phoenix_html, "~> 2.9.2"}, but ex_admin force Ecto == 2.0.
