Well, judging by the makefile (I looked for like 5 seconds, I am not 100% on this) it uses Linux file paths... so I would say no. But, you can probably get it set up in WSL.

Or bite the bullet and switch to Linux, its been long coming. Recall, Copilot, all this shit is getting out of hand.
