Files are not created in generated folder on Windows.

Hi. I have problem when running: modal run main.py --prompt prompt.md

that files are not created in generated folder. I tried to direct the smol-ai to provide the path in the prompt.md file and also spedifying there that I use it on Windows machine as before it was trying to store the files as it would be on linux system /home/user/....

When I specified that I am using Windows machine and added the path to generated folder then I found only one new file in which everything was stored. I mean there was one file in which content of all files have been stored instead of having separeted files with the right content.

Any help or modification will be appreciated. Thanks.
