Maybe pebbled should also implement this feature :). There was already a little research about this => https://github.com/smokku/pebble/issues/16.

I did some tests yesterday, but as long only the iphone version supports it, it's hard to implement / figure out the protocol.

Libpebble2 doesn't seem to support dismissing notifications on 2.x firmware. Seeing as we're all supposed to be upgraded to 3.x soon, this might as well wait for that.
