Windows Bugs

There are a number of Windows bugs that are related to os specific functions etc

  1. osascript command is mac only <- it is used for closing the terminal window when launching, for all activation functions, and for CLI.
  2. file path issues with \ rather than \
  3. issues with serv.py and running the web server for this
