Bricks Pop!_OS 19.10

While using Pop!_OS and installing the driver my install tends to Brick for no apparent reason other than it does. This is a huge issue since I need Wi-Fi and this is the only driver that seems to work however it always breaks Pop!_OS on every install attempt. Kernel ver 5.3 generic
