@foxundermoon generally, this ticket can be closed. However, VSCodium users won't see the fix until someone updates the available release of your extension on [VSCodium's marketplace](https://open-vsx.org/extension/foxundermoon/shell-format).

I added ` kx=kubectx` to [this line](https://github.com/ahmetb/kubectx/blob/master/completion/_kubectx.zsh#L1) and removed ~/.zcompdump (for it to get regenerated) and that way `kx` completion started to work.

This issue is about the same as #246

For me, toggling Wi-Fi off for a minute or two and then back on - results into openfortivpn re-establishing the VPN tunnel. Macos, latest openfortivpn release.
