opening inspector errors with "Cannot read property 'hero' of undefined"

Yes, there is a bug where the menu doesn't show in rollup mode. I'm trying to fix it, but it's really difficult. But it is tracked in #454.

Spencer, did you happen to remember what the reason for the stripped jQuery is? Had another request for images on hover, so merging this (well, making it hover then merging)...

Potential fix for resizeWindow() that seems to affect a very small percent of users

@shawkinsl, bump request for a build of this for @OlinWong to test. Or maybe @OlinWong would be willing to get setup to run from source? It does take some effort...
