One of the TestPeakTrimming tests sometimes fails because of random peak generation

Better fix/unit test is to make defined peaks instead of random ones, even though this is annoying. So probably make a unit test and check to see if this might be a bug in the actual peak trimming code. Right now we only use one window so it's probably not a big deal.
