MGF runs failed

Hello, When trying to run an analysis using MGF file it crushes with this next error: Run failed, Exception: Input string was not in a correct format. However, when using the RAW file of the same sample, I don't encounter any errors (well, sometimes calibration errors, but that is a question for a different post). Can you help me with what it means? Thank you!
