Possible discrepancy between the AllQuantifiedPeptides and AllPeptides files

Describing the issue

Some peptide sequences that are in the AllQuantifiedPeptides are not listed in the AllPeptides. Is this expected? I can provide the files via Email. Look at peptide WDETPASQMGGSTPVLTPGK for example. Reproducing the error
