[WIP] GUI Changes to Address Issues

Simple PR to address 3 issues involving GUI and visualization:

  1. GUI window to facilitate generation of custom proteases (currently user must manually edit protease.tsv file to add custom proteases)
  2. Change location of Max thread parameter in the search task to a more logical position along with primary search parameters
  3. Added PEP value to the information provided in MetaDraw annotated spectra

I should have labeled this WIP in that it is not ready for review yet. I have not integrated a button to trigger custom protease window, there are alignment issues and code has not been fully tested. I will send review requests when I am done with PR on my end.

Sorry for jumping the gun! I just figured out how to do C# GUI testing & development on Mac, so I got excited to try it out. 😅
