Invalid URI

Hi,

I am encountering an issue when running MetaMorpheus, it claims than an URI is invalid, but I am afraid there is not more information for debugging, I am not sure what URI is invalid and why it is important to MM. The file was created on Linux and is now being processed on Windows, maybe that is the problem?

while attempting to reproduce this I got this probably unrelated error. difficult for me to debug on my laptop. no access to the right computer.
