Unindexed mzML produced by calibration task causes errors when importing into Proxl

Not necessarily a bug, per say--more an FYI and it sounds like a fix is forthcoming. We have a user of MetaMorpheus cross-linking that is producing mzML from a RAW file using a calibration task. Then when importing into proxl they get errors because proxl is expecting indexed mzML. Somehow we never encountered this when testing MetaMorpheus with proxl, but it's possible we never did a calibration step.

indexed mzML is re-implemented in #1970 so this should be fixed when that gets merged
