Unable to access local installed MetaMorpheus from non-administrative user (Windows)

Hi,

I'm having an issue with making MetaMorpheus available to all users in the windows machine. I installed it with one of administrative account but non-administrative account can't even open the gui. I tried with "run as" with administrative account but no luck so far.

What would be the best practice to make MetaMoepheus available to all users?

This is possible and we can hopefully make this happen in the release after next. So probably version 0.0.310. We use Wix to make our installer version, and I believe it's possible to code it to install MM for all users. I'd like to have this be an optional setting in the installer, which may be a bit trickier, hence the long-ish delay. But I will definitely look into this for you.

I was able to reproduce this error.

It looks like the installer settings are okay. Spritz installs with the same perMachine setup, and Spritz will start up from non-admin accounts, but while MetaMorpheus is visible in C:\Program Files, it doesn't pop open.

It looks like dotnet is available in both admin and non-admin accounts if installed. I wonder if there's something else about the admin environment that's missing.
