PEP in calibration, glyco [GUI: separation type missing in some tasks]

Separation type isn't populated for calibration, isn't present at all for GPTMD or Glyco

PEP doesn't really factor into PEP presently. It could. But that would take some thinking.

PEP should be used for glyco at some point and we should add the separation type for that. Especially since retention time clustering is a distinguishing feature of some glycopeptides.

We should leave this issue open for the improvements that zach raised.
