OME-TIFF support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. QuPath can export annotations in the OME-TIFF format. It would therefore be great if FAST had support for reading it, such that we use read annotations in Python through pyFAST.

Describe the solution you'd like Should just work out-of-the-box, similarly as for the other TIFF-like formats.

Do you have an idea of how it can/should be implemented? I believe the key difference between OME-TIFF and the other TIFF-like formats we have used, is how the image planes are stored. Each plane is not stored in independent directories, but it should be possible to access the planes through the SUBIFD TIFF TAG.

Are you willing to contribute to the implementation of this feature Sure, I can perform testing when a potential fix has been added.

However, I have sent you the path on Teams of where some example OME-TIFF annotation images are stored, which you can use for testing.
