this is testing if unit tests will also pass, if hmmer version 3.1 is used instead of the bundled binaries. If so, bioconda package should be able to relax dependencies to address #76

This issue has not yet been solved, therefore I would leave as is and hope that I will find some time to work it out, but cannot give a timeline at the moment :-/
