Conda installation for Python 3.11

Hey, would it be possible to release a conda recipe for Python 3.11?

a quick check shows that not all dependencies are available for py3.11:

The reported errors are:
- Encountered problems while solving:
-   - nothing provides pymongo 3.3.0 py27_0 needed by pasta-1.7.8-0

not sure if alternative channels or changing of pinned versions could resolve this?!
