Cold Front Mike survivor bot issues

There is likely more issues that may be lurking in the use of a custom survivor bot that's not been encountered yet, so far I am currently aware of these issues from observation.

1. If a Bill survivor (m_survivorCharacter 4) exists before Mike is spawned, Mike's preferences seem to be broken and he will never pick anything else up besides his starting equipment.
2. Mike will not use defibrillators on dead survivors unlike the other bots. He doesn't make any visible attempt to do anything with the defib like equipping it on his hands.
3. Commands like mike use survivor use bots warp don't affect Mike.

I haven't delved into the code to figure out these problems, but my best guess is due to Mike spawning in and being registered for some frames after that as a non-playable L4D1 survivor a la The Passing, he is put into the passing survivors list and is not considered a normal survivor by L4B2.

Hey mate, sorry for the late reply, i'm pretty busy atm. I never played that map. Is there any reliable way to reproduce the issues? Are 2 and 3 also related to Bill's spawn? Have you tried changing handle_l4d1_survivors?
