Is https://github.com/smikims/arpspoof/blob/master/sweep.sh#L43 supposed to be ./arpspoof $IPSTR 2 -q &

Ah yes you're right, that carries over from an earlier version of the Makefile where it was called arp. TBH I'm almost tempted to remove that script though since it's the kind of thing kiddies could get themselves into trouble with.
