Name and Email searches not working at all

I'm using the newest (just downloaded) kali linux vm image for Virtualbox. I tried running the installed 4.0 spiderfoot but it errors out on every possible name or email to be scanned. For some reason ip/url searches are fine but for emails that have a huge and certain footprint on the internet (like [email protected]) it cannot find anything and errors out on everything:

I also tried my own email and usernames that I know for sure have left a mark but it's all the same. Please I would really appreciate some help I cannot find anyone else having the same issues
