ipwhois: conflicting dependencies

Hi, spiderfoot requires >=dev-python/dnspython-2.1.0 and >=dev-python/ipwhois-1.1.0 to be installed.

However, ipwhois does not support dnspython-2, see: https://github.com/secynic/ipwhois/issues/303 I'm also, unable to run ipwhois_cli.py, it seems python2 only.

So it looks like ipwhois is badly supported. Can you investigate and replace it perhaps?

Looks like only sfp_whois relies on ipwhois, for RDAP querying purposes. More research is needed to find an alternative library or approach.
