[Feature Request] integrate docker build&push to hub by using github actions

In order to avoid from cloning this project and update it often, it will be greate to have the docker image as part of docker hub. Since this is a public repistory, you can use github actions for free to integrate it (very easily btw) to build a new docker image for every push/tag/release: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/build-and-push-docker-images#usage
