how can i work korea console?

korea console is 9.3.0-17k version.

i can not work.

my console has error displayed.

how can i do for game play.

Gonna add to this, I have the same problem, Korean 3DS XL on 9.3.0-17K not working with regionthree, using SMT Soul Hackers EU copy as a test, going to gateway page and it fails.

Page just errors like if you would access it normally from internet browser without any SD card etc (comes up with an error saying page cannot be displayed because of an error)

Can someone please help me!

I've got 3 Korean 3DS consoles just laying there (I live in NZ and I am dying to play the EU games . . ) and it would be just so awesome if I can get this regionthree to work! Its my understanding that Korean 3DSes use a different browser? which makes the web browser workaround difficult . . . .

Any help or suggestions on getting EU/US games to work on 3DS XL with 9.3.0-17K would be just awesome.
