Hax randomly open the Download Play Mode

Sometimes the hax opens the Download Play mode.

specs: New 3ds sysnand 11.0 + luma 3ds + a9lh

This is happening very often, probably 1/5 times I'm starting the homebrew launcher now.

Testing currently on SaltFW w/ homebrewlauncher_loader

On saltfw 2 of 10 times yellow screen popped up. I think luma does something that DownloadPlay opens

I used to open a program called "ftp3ds", after using it (in "cia" format), this bug happened, I am currently using another homebrew for ftp and the bug does not occur. (Sorry my bad English, I speak spanish)

Nope. The DLP opening bug is a "rare" timing issue in Ninjhax.
