Is there a version of this for MacOS key bindings?

I need just the opposite of it. Is there a vscode-default-keys-macos available. I use my Mac keyboard also on Windows / Linux Plattforms and every time struggled with the different short cuts.

I did a search on the marketplace for mac keyboard defaults and found two that look promising:

There might be others but I scrolled through several more pages of results without finding any more. I haven't tried either of the above myself.
