Missing:

  • cursorLineEnd
  • cursorLineEndSelect
  • cursorLineStart
  • cursorLineStartSelect

Those commands are not bound to any key by default in the Windows version of VSCode, and consequently this extension does not bind them either, since its goal is to replicate the Windows default key bindings. Do you see them bound by default? If so, what version of VSCode are you using, and what are they bound to?
