Access specific window

Is there anyway to select/access a specific window?

For my particular case, I'm trying to close all Incognito windows, but even just being able to discern what window a particular tab belongs to would be enough get the job done.

+1 I not trying to do the same but something were i would need to differentiate between two different windows. I would be able to ensure that a specific url is loaded in one or both of those windows. If that would help.
