Remove title, author and timestamp from RSS content

- What is the current behavior? RSS feed includes article title, author and timestamp in content.

- If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce. Open Smashing Magazine RSS feed in any RSS reader. You'll see duplicated title and probably author, timestamp too (depending on RSS reader).

- What is the expected behavior? Content should not contain title, author and timestamp, as they are already displayed by RSS reader.
