a11y: membership buttons are not clear for with a screen reader

- Do you want to request a feature or report a bug? Bug.

- What is the current behavior? When navigating these buttons with keyboard and VoiceOver, it read like "Become a Supporter Dollar three slash mo", which is not clear.

- If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.

  1. Go to membership page.
  2. Turn on VoiceOver and navigate to the membership buttons.

- What is the expected behavior? "Become a Supporter for 3 Dollar per month"
