Membership buttons markup is incorrect

- What is the current behavior? When going through the membership page with the keyboard, I noticed that when reaching the buttons, I need to tab twice to focus on the button itself.

- If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.

  1. Go to https://staging.smashingmagazine.com/membership/
  2. Use keyboard to tab through links and buttons

- What is the expected behavior? The button shouldn't be wrapped in a link.
