a11y: checkout link difficult to use with keyboard

The focus rect is somewhat broken (colour, and doesn't wrap element so hard to see what it is focused on.)

The biggest issue is it is placed over the back to top button at the bottom to the page. You have to tab past every item on the page (there are a lot!) before reaching it as it is the last tab stop on the page. This is a lot of friction to buy a book.

It would be better as one of the items in the header. You could still used a fixed/sticky solution if it needs to always show up after scrolling.
