Poor support for colorblind users

Depending on what study you read, about 10% of males are colorblind, with red-green being the most common. I fall into this category.

The favicon on the goconvey webpage seems to change color based on the status of tests. I can see that a build failure appears to turn this icon grey, while it has a different color if tests are passing.

However, I cannot see any difference between the favicon color for passing and failing tests. I'm assuming that the colors are different, but that the colors chosen to differentiat passing and failing tests are especially bad, for me.

image In the case of the favicon, especially when ones tabs get to be like you see in the above image, having the favicon itself indicate the status with something other than color would be hugely beneficial.

Also, on that webpage where color is the indicator of status, there should also be another indicator (a symbol of some sort, for example).

There are actually four states - build fail, panic, fail, ok. Perhaps these should have icons in a circle, rather than just a colored circle - perhaps something similar to what's used in the terminal (🔥 for panic, ✘ for fail, ✔ for ok), plus a symbol for build failure?
