Why 8m instead of 8h?

https://github.com/smartupio/aws-vpn-mikrotik/blob/b37abd53bdf94f54289007090a8a4ae6943d6405/static-router-config#L105 Why this value is set to 8m there is no reference to 8m (480s) in the Amazon documentation. It should be 8h (28800s)?
