consumer 信息获取不到

https://github.com/smartloli/kafka-eagle/issues/352#issue-619883653 和这个问题一样，为啥没解决就给关了。 同样试了cluster1.kafka.eagle.offset.storage=kafka, 依然获取不到consumer kafka版本：2.8.0 zookeeper版本：3.5.9
