I see that you haven't updated any CHANGELOG files. Would it make sense to do so?

@HenryNguyen5 found that we're hitting this bug https://github.com/actions/runner/issues/2020. Will leave this open until we can confirm that the fix from there has been implemented and all of the output is displaying on a run.

Should be working since the fix to GitHub runners was released in v.297.0.
