Better Fund Return

Includes some minor improvements to the OCR soak test, which greatly improves the unreliable returnFunds function at the end of tests on real networks. This makes sure to extract keys from the nodes and lets us just slap them into metamask for a much more accurate fund return, and with little to no chance of failing/
