newsletter - Functionality

As a user I would like the ability to signup to a newsletter to receive notifications for new posts and resources available on the site.

NOTE: this work is just for the functionality of the newsletter, the UI will not be affected by this story

AC:

  • [x] Create logic that will enable us to add an email to HubSpot
  • [x] Unit test this feature
  • [x] Add an Env variable to store the HubSpot tokens
