CPU processing in Smartminer?

Why is CPU always active when running SmartMiner? I get 100% utilization of all cores on G4600... with some ultrashort periods of lowered utilization. Tried usual -t param (-t 0, -t 1,..) but has no influence on CPU utilization.

Is miner using CPU in addition to GPU mining? (Of course, CPU has to be used, but I don't want it to be used for mining, only for basic tasks needed for GPU mining to work... I think it cannot occupy 100% most of the time!)

Also, trying smartminer --help or anything similar... No documentation for params (but, what also shouldn't happen and should be fixed for v4, miner starts "mining" even when called without any param!)

Just a hunch, but the high CPU utilization could even be slowing down GPU performance. Add an option to disable CPU mining if the CPU is indeed used for mining.
