[enhancement] Z Hop Only On Ironing Layer

Would be great to have an option ( like your Z Hop Only On Initial Layer ) but in this case only on Ironing Layer. The idea is to use the Zhop only on Ironing Layer to avoid any mark made by the the Nozzle during travelling movements. Actualy I'm using my own postprocessing script to add this movement on a regular Cura GCode but have an integrated parameter would be a better solution.
