Add support for FCQ100KAVEA AC

• The fan only modes are the same at every temperature
• Swing on/off
• The dry mode on this AC doesn't seem to run the fan (or even have an option for it on the remote), I'm not sure exactly what it's doing so I haven't included it

Probably works with other ACs in the FCQ series, but I haven't tested.
