Fujitsu AR-REG1U add swing mode, power on command

• added swing mode to FUJITSU AR-REG1U
• fixed some cool temp commands that weren't working
• added FUJITSU AR-REG1U 'on' command -- this unit requires a special stateful command to turn on -- on command sets to heat, fan-auto, min temp.
