Add support for Stateful Lights

Hi.

I have ceiling lights all over my house that use a RF remote with a display indicating the current light power, from 1 to 8. Each command of the remote sets the light to a specific level.

It also has 3 buttons for each temperature color: Warm, White, Blue.

It is possible to make lights that are stateful, like the fans?
