Added Universal Remote for 2010s DAIKIN ACs

I have a ceiling mounted (Cassette?) AC made by Daikin that doesn't seem to work with any of the existing codes. Its original remote had broken a long time ago, and all we have is this universal remote.

I've copied all the relevant codes (hopefully) for Cool and Dry modes for all supported temps from 16-30 °C, along with the Fan Only mode codes, using https://keitetran.github.io/BroadlinkIRTools/dist/#/.

This currently functions well with my house. I hope it is of use to others too.
