Add A75C443 Remote for Panasonic AC in file 7032.json. Kept the naming scheme with ESPHome starting with 7.

Tested Okay.

Known Issues: As the remote only sends toggle off and on commands and not on/off commands, only the Off command sends the toggle on command. Therefore to turn on the A/C unit, You must do the following:

Select your mode; e.g. heat, cool etc. Select Off mode to turn on the A/C Select the same mode as before to display in correctly.
