The QuickStart tutorial is based on an DSTU2 FHIR Server. When starting a new implementation one will use STU3 however. Is there an updated version available? Is the referenced Launch Growth Charts app fit for STU3?

Additionally the SMART on FHIR Authorization protocols link in the document is invalid
