VAS services not getting deployed when flavor is media-analytics

I have set the flavor as media-analytics in inventory.yml, . As per this document https://github.com/open-ness/specs/blob/master/doc/flavors.md#cera-media-analytics-flavor this flavour should provision a set of video analytics services based on the Video Analytics Serving for analytics pipeline management and execution based upon https://github.com/intel/video-analytics-serving

But after the cluster is deployed I do not find any VAS services deployed which are based upon https://github.com/intel/video-analytics-serving,

please help me, any hints would be deeply appreciated.
